I'm no Prince Charming, and the last thing I want is a Cinderella. My instructions were simple: get me a fake fiancée who’s not my type at all. Have her on my jet Monday morning, dressed for a yacht vacation.
I need a woman believable enough to convince a certain client that I’ve changed my playboy ways…yet too annoying to tempt me—no emotional entanglements, thank you very much. This is business only.
If she’s unfazed by my looks and wealth, all the better.
Should be easy. Right?
Apparently not, because my people go and hire Tabitha. My hairdresser.
What were they thinking? Yes, I said annoying, but I didn’t mean her, the most aggravating woman in the world.
Tabitha is sunshiny. She has a pet hamster. She loves Hello Kitty, and she gets under my skin like nobody else.
As if that’s not bad enough, the minute we step on deck, she thinks that certain people on the yacht are up to something shady—based completely on her soap opera knowledge.
She won’t listen when I tell her she’s being ridiculous.
But as the days go by, I find that we’re actually having fun. And our fake kisses are heating up. And suddenly her wild theories aren’t sounding so strange after all…

Soap Opera Drama
This is a laugh out loud funny story of how opposites attract. Rex is all business, all the time. Fridays at 8pm he has to deal with his mobile hairdresser. Tabitha is all soap operas and Hello Kitty sparkle. It’s fake engagement time. This is part of a series but each can be read as a stand-alone. There are continuing characters but they only loosely interact.

Perfect Combination of Rom-Com & Drama
Loved it! It may be a common idea, the whole fake fiancée, but the level of unique details and pleasant twists the story offers made it an incredible read! The character arcs (which I thought were well formed) and the hint of drama, romance and comedy was another bonus to the story.

Another wonderful book
I love all the billionaire series it seems to get better with each book. Encore. Loved tabitha and captain stern pants 🤣...can’t wait for noelle’s story
No faking it
Vulnerable alpha & quirky heroine
Annika Martin writes stories where the men are intense but have a “real” side deep down, and the women are usually feisty and seemingly fierce but battling their own insecurities while tab. Funny, unusual and intense, this story has great characters and a pretty good storyline to happily get lost in.

Wonderful
Heart eyes I stumbled across this and decided to try the sample while I had a few free minutes. I’m so glad I did. It was witty and had genuine laugh out loud moments. But it also had depth and incredibly real and tender moments. Yet neither one of those styles ever seemed forced. It was perfectly balanced with a nice dash of mystery thrown in that kept you guessing. Well done all around. I can’t wait to go back and read the rest of the series.

Rex O’Rourke a billionaire needs a fake fiancée in order to win a very bid deal but his reputation is a little to wild. So they come up with finding someone to fake being engaged with . Tabitha has been his hairdresser for two years and she’s the one chosen to be engaged to Rex . This story is so funny at times but also very sad because of both of their younger live were not happy for either of them . This is a must read you will find some of Tabitha’s friends from previous books , but all can be read as standalone and no cliffhangers. I loved this great story and believe you will too.

Fun and delightful!
The Billionaire’s Fake Fiancée by Annika Martin was a fun and charming read to get lost in. A fake relationship story that will have you laughing and swooning. Rex O’Rourke did not get where he is today by accident. The billionaire is determined, grouchy and used to getting his way. But when a new account he desperately wants is slipping out his hands, he is resolute to do what it takes to win. Enter Tabitha Evans, the woman that drives him absolutely insane, right? So, to show he is a different man, he wants a woman to pass as his fiancée, but she needs to be someone who he will not crave and can control. Tabitha, his total opposite, is easy-going, quirky and drives him crazy with her talk of soap opera drama mirroring real life. Their fake relationship should be easy enough to believe and ignore when he needs too. I loved Tabitha. She was both one of the strongest female characters I have ever seen but also showed vulnerability due to past experiences. While she should be driving him crazy, she is actually brining out a different side of Rex. And Rex is seeing a side of her that drives him crazy in a totally different and unexpected way. Add in laugh out loud moments and a bit in intrigue, and this story had it all. A fun and delightful read for sure! Read and reviewed for Sultry Sirens Book Blog. Happy reading!

Nothing fake here, I loved this book!
This book was the perfect rom-com: characters I loved, made me laugh out loud, made me feel and made me swoon! I loved Tabitha the most, and I related to her so much! She loved soap operas, and I watched soap operas from the womb! She was quirky and fun but had a depth that not a lot of people noticed except Rex. Ah, Rex! He was a gruff, grumpy, controlling man, but beautiful and swoon-worthy underneath all that. Tabitha and Rex together were magic and fire, opposites attract in the best way. She was the light to his dark and not afraid of his stern exterior, and he saw her true self underneath her fun exterior. The fake fiancee plot with shenanigans and a light mystery thrown in (on a yacht, no less) was hilarious to read! I enjoyed and loved every minute of this book and definitely recommend it! *I received an advanced copy of this ebook for my honest review.*
